My 3 Step Routine
This 3 Step Routine is what I stick to, most of the time :)
But if 3 steps is too many, just stick to Step 1, Hairbrain Oil.
Using the steps below, I was able to reverse my hair loss naturally and start experiencing Wins.
The improvement was visible for me after 3 months and if it worked for me, then it's gotta work for someone else.
Step 1. Hairbrain Oil
Although I may miss other steps, this step I rarely miss as it's the most important.
It's important to remember that you only need one drop. It's not the case of, the more you use, the quicker your hair will grow back. Naturally your hair will grow back after 3 months.
Step 2. Scalp Massage Brush
If a farmer plans for a harvest, he would first repare the soil.
In a similar sense to that, would be creating an optimum environment to encourage the new growth. Massages encourages blood flow to the scalp, as well as to loosen up the skin.
Using a Scalp Massage Brush, I massage my scalp when I go into the bathroom.
Step 3. Collagen
I've been consuming collagen for the past 6 years. The reason for this, is because after the first few weeks, what I had noticed was, my nails were stronger. Especially my pinky toe, which was usually the smallest and weakest.
My skin was fuller. Especially my smile lines which were now not as deep.
My hair was healthier. One of the things I noticed, was that I was cutting my nose hair more frequently.
How I consume collagen:
A glass of water
Half a lime
Two healthy tablespoons of honey
A serving of collagen
Or
With some chocolate milk or coffee
I try to consume my collagen with vitamin C, as it's necessary in collagen synthesis.
It will take about 2 weeks to load the collagen to the necessary level, but after that, I now consume it 3 times a week.
Bonus Step. Micro-Needling
From my observations, I noticed that the skin on your scalp is a different texture to the skin on your forehead, but as your scalp thins and hairline recedes, the skin toughens and becomes more like that of the forehead.
And just as a farmer ploughs the field, micro-needling helps break-up the harden skin to allow for new growth.
With a needle length of between 1 - 1.5 mm. It is suggested that you do this once a week, but I probably do this once a fortnight or until you're happy with the improvement.
